Elaine, operated by GorfTech LLC, provides phone receptionist and appointment scheduling services. These terms govern your interactions with our website and our communications with you, including scheduling appointments and receiving SMS notifications from Elaine.

Elaine sends SMS messages only to individuals who contact Elaine directly to schedule an appointment. Messages are strictly transactional and sent only in response to direct interactions initiated by the individual. Elaine does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
SMS messages are sent only after direct interaction with Elaine and confirmation of consent through a YES reply message.

Consent Process
Individuals contact Elaine directly by phone to schedule an appointment. During the call, the individual provides their phone number and verbally consents to receive SMS messages regarding their requested appointment. The individual is informed: "Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help."
After verbal consent is collected, the individual receives a confirmation text message requiring them to reply YES before receiving additional SMS communications. Only individuals who reply YES receive further SMS messages.
Opt-in confirmation message: "Elaine: Reply YES to confirm you'd like appointment reminders and scheduling updates regarding your requested appointment. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

No Sharing of SMS Data
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Elaine (GorfTech LLC) will not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Elaine does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS messages.
SMS messages sent by Elaine do not contain marketing links, affiliate links, or promotional tracking links.
Voluntary Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and may be revoked at any time by replying STOP.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords: STOP, STOPALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, or REVOKE.
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
